Great experience for my kids. We had my son's birthday party, and there was a space for kids of all ages and sizes. There was plenty for adults as well. 5 stars all around!
Came here for my nephew's birthday party. I had the most amazing time watching my grandchildren and nephews have the time of their life. The girl in the party room did a great job serving pizza and drinks to the kids.
Plan on spending big bucks, because their prices are high. Bottom line is it was worth every cent. If they do it again next year, I'll be there !!!
My grandson had a ball. This was our Spring break outing. Fun, fun, fun. Loved š it. Clean, the activity watchers of the children and the other young staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first time at the Sky Zone, and I was impressed. Yes...yes... we will be back soon. ā¦
Not Family/Kid friendly. Kind of remind you of the gogos. I took my 9 year old daughter to have a fun glow night, but it was packed and extremely ghetto. The dj played inappropriate songs like "Backyard Band- Tshirt and my panties on" as I observed young girls 16 and younger twerk and perform stripper moves to the degenerative music of the DJ's choosing. Oh yea and there was a fight, whereas 2+ officers had to respond. I'd rather drive the extra 45mins+ to White Plains SkyZone, black people we gotta do better.
TL;DR - Cool concept but crowded, chaotic, and unfriendly check in staff.
My family and I went for a birthday party with our 2 yr old. We were told that all Skyzones have a toddler zone - this one doesn't (even tho the website says so!) So having my toddler have a safe place to place was a challenge in "what's not being used."
Ultimately, my kid had a great time, but as a parent, I didn't. It took the food team more than 15 minutes to make a "3 minute popcorn" and then laughed at me and pointed the blame to one another while I waited on my child's popcorn. The front desk check-in folks were rude and blatantly annoyed by customers. They lacked reasonable considerations like offering parents socks even tho I'm clearly chasing my 2 yr old around the gym.
It's unfortunate, as an adult I enjoyed the trampolines and really would have loved this to be a valid option for my family but the experience left a lot to be desired.
Plenty of parking. Moderately clean. Great concept. Safety staff is nice but everyone else is meh.
Update 11/2023 - Went back with my extended family for something to entertain the kids and to my glee, they added a toddler climbing area and were diligent in its oversight, not letting bigger kids even go inside to play. My kid loved it. We also ordered a full size pizza too and it was tasty! Also, we went early about 11:30 and the crowd and cleanliness was still moderate. Definitely recommend an earlier slot when we decide to go again.
My kids and I LOVE this place. I had my daughters 6th birthday in January here and the whole crew was externally accommodating. They answered all my questions thoroughly and always called back in a timely manor. Not to mention all the reminder / courtesy calls they made prior to ensure our day was hiccup free. My family had our first glow night experience a few months back as well and I can say with confidence weāll we back. I suggest keeping the shirts and socks ( they cost extra ) to save you money on your next visit. Only reason Iām giving 4 instead of 5 starts is because of the price . Itās a bit expensive IMO for a two hour slot . Iāll be keeping my eyes peeled for group discounts
When I was younger I absolutely loved this place. It gets a bit boring for most kids after being in there for long periods of time, but there's so much to do. This is a great place to go for birthdays or celebrations.
My recent visit to SkyZone left me utterly disappointed, earning the establishment a dismal 1 out of 5 stars. The litany of issues began with a missing pizza, an oversight that set the tone for a frustrating experience.
To kick things off, I ordered two pizzas, only to find myself one short when the food arrived. The absence of the second pizza was baffling and frustrating, and it set the stage for what would become an aggravating evening.
The employees, regrettably, did not contribute to a positive experience. Their demeanor was, to put it bluntly, rude as hell. In particular, a towering individual (whose name remains a mystery) seemed to have devoured my missing pizza. Whether intentional or not, the end result was the same ā I was left pizza-less and thoroughly displeased.
While a refund was eventually granted, it didn't rectify the overall annoyance caused by the ordeal. The fact that I had to deal with the fallout of someone else's pizza pilfering, combined with the staff's apparent lack of concern, left me questioning the overall competence of SkyZone's operation.
In the grand scheme of entertainment venues, SkyZone failed to live up to even the most basic expectations. A missing pizza and discourteous staff overshadowed any potential enjoyment that could have been derived from the experience. If the aim was to have patrons jumping for joy, my visit left me wanting to jump ship.
